Partner Terms & Conditions

The program lets approved partners — such as travel agencies, hotels, and guides — promote StaySafe eSIM plans using a personal coupon code. When a customer buys an eligible eSIM with your code, you earn a commission.

• Your coupon may give customers a discount of up to 10%.
• Coupons apply only to the $14 and $19 eSIM plans. They never apply to the $10 plan.
• Your code works both in the StaySafe mobile app and on staysafemorocco.com.
• StaySafe may set, change, or limit which products a coupon applies to.

You earn 10% of the eSIM plan's list price for each eSIM sold with your code — $1.40 per $14 plan and $1.90 per $19 plan. Commission is calculated on completed, paid sales only.

• Earnings are paid every 15 days by bank transfer to the RIB you provide in the portal.
• You are responsible for keeping your bank details accurate and up to date. We cannot pay you without valid details.
• You are responsible for any taxes due on your earnings.

Sales that are refunded or cancelled do not earn commission and are excluded from your balance.

You agree not to misrepresent StaySafe, spam, use misleading advertising, bid on StaySafe trademarks, or generate fake or self-referred orders. Codes are for genuine customer referrals only.

StaySafe may deactivate a coupon, suspend, or close a partner account at its discretion — for example for misuse or inactivity. Commission already earned on valid, completed sales remains payable.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the revised terms.

The portal is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, StaySafe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the program.
