Partner Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, company type (agency, hotel, or guide), and email address.
• Password — stored only in encrypted (hashed) form; we never see your actual password.
• Bank details — account holder name, RIB, and bank name, used solely to pay your commission.
• Coupon & sales data — the coupon codes you create and the sales and commission attributed to them.

You only ever see your own aggregate sales and earnings. We do not give partners any StaySafe customer's personal data — no names, emails, or payment information of the people who use your code.

• Operate the partner program and your dashboard.
• Calculate and pay your commission to your bank account.
• Contact you about your account, payments, or the program.
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of coupon codes.

We share your bank details only with the financial institutions needed to pay you. We do not sell your information. We may disclose data where required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your partner account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and tax purposes after it closes.

We protect your data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
